Are you interested in a unique opportunity to support the HCA profession? To enhance BC’s capacity to build a safe and competent health workforce? The BC College of Nursing Professionals needs you!

BCCNP runs the Nursing Community Assessment Service (NCAS). And NCAS runs a competency assessment for healthcare practitioners who are either returning to practice or who are educated internationally and seeking to practice in BC.  You can read more about NCAS and our assessment service at

Field testing the NCAS computer-based assessment (CBA)
