January 05, 2023 On August 23, 2022, the Ministry of Health (MoH) announced the Access to Practical Nursing Education Incentive Bursary. This bursary is for students and recent graduates enrolled in a recognized Access to Practical Nursing (APN) program at a BC-based public institution.
